You also get to choose how many days per week you want to work out. I selected four days, and the app suggested a fifth optional session, which I do whenever I have extra time. Even better, you can assign which days you want to train—for example, I scheduled mine for Monday morning, Tuesday afternoon, Thursday afternoon, and Saturday morning, with rest days in between. Sometimes those rest days are full rest, and other times I’ll do light activity like walking.

This structure makes sticking to your plan much easier. Let’s be honest: motivation isn’t always there, but you don’t need to rely on it. Instead, you simply open the app, see your schedule, and follow along. That consistency is what builds real results over time.

One week, I had to train at home instead of the gym due to unexpected commitments. The supersets keep the intensity high, and by the end I always felt that deep burn—not just in my glutes, quads, and hamstrings, but also in my upper body, even with only one upper-body session per week. There’s also a full-body day in this program that further balances things out.

Of course, if you want to build more upper-body muscle, you’d need two sessions a week dedicated to that area. But when you choose Mia’s Gain Lower Body program, you know the emphasis is on glutes and lower-body growth—and with consistency, you’ll definitely see results.

My Results After 6 Months

Over six months, the results have honestly exceeded my expectations — not just physically, but in how sustainable the program felt long-term. I completed the program twice, and each round brought noticeable improvements in glute and quad development, strength, and overall muscle tone.

1-Year Update — My Continued Experience with the Evolve You App & Mia Lauren Green’s Program

Update after one year using the Evolve You app and completing Mia Lauren Green’s Gain Lower Body program across intermediate and advanced levels: I renewed my subscription — and that alone says a lot. The results are real and visible. My glute growth is clearly noticeable, strength has improved, and the advanced version of the program proved even better than the intermediate level I already enjoyed.

The exercise selection is smart and well structured, with strong programming logic, good movement balance, and effective progression. Over time, I also added mobility sessions and core workouts using the app’s à-la-carte workout library, which complemented the main program perfectly and supported recovery and movement quality.

Now that I’ve completed this full cycle, I’ll be testing another coach inside the app — still with a lower-body focus — so stay tuned for my next detailed review.

So far, I’m genuinely satisfied with the platform. There are many excellent fitness apps available (and I still appreciate the WeRise app), but for now I’m sticking with Evolve You.
