👋 Who I Am

I’m Eugenie, an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer & Glute Specialist. This is just the beginning of an amazing journey to keep learning, growing, and sharing — for myself, my family, and the women ready to feel stronger, healthier, and in balance.

Five years ago, I was struggling with my health. I thought I was living a healthy lifestyle — eating “clean,” staying active — but something still felt off. I kept going from doctor to doctor, trying to find answers, but no one could explain what was really going on.

Everything began to shift when I started working with a personal trainer and a nutritionist. For the first time, I learned what it truly means to support the body — through real nourishment, consistent strength training, and sustainable habits. That experience sparked a deep passion in me.

Since then, I’ve spent years studying, reading, and upgrading every part of my lifestyle. It completely transformed my health — and naturally, I began helping those around me.

Now, I’m here to share everything I’ve learned (and continue to learn) — to help you feel strong, energized, and confident in your own wellness journey.
