Sometimes those rest days are full rest, and other times I’ll do light activity like walking.

One week, I had to train at home instead of the gym due to unexpected commitments. The supersets keep the intensity high, and by the end I always felt that deep burn—not just in my glutes, quads, and hamstrings, but also in my upper body, even with only one upper-body session per week. There’s also a full-body day in this program that further balances things out.
Of course, if you want to build more upper-body muscle, you’d need two sessions a week dedicated to that area. But when you choose Mia’s Gain Lower Body program, you know the emphasis is on glutes and lower-body growth—and with consistency, you’ll definitely see results.
The combination of progressive overload, strategic rest (around 1:30 min between sets), and smart programming makes the sessions feel complete and effective, without dragging on unnecessarily. So while they may look shorter on paper compared to other apps, you absolutely feel the results across your body.

My Results After 3 Months
Over three months, I noticed visible glute and quad growth. The supersets and progressive overload clearly worked, and I could really feel the difference in both strength and muscle tone. Because this program is lower-body focused, my glutes and quads were where I saw the most progress.
