My journey into wellness didn’t begin with certifications — it began with a quiet knowing that something in my body wasn’t right.
I was constantly tired, inflamed, and overwhelmed by symptoms no one could explain. I followed every piece of advice I was given — diets, supplements, doctor visits — but deep down, I knew I needed more than quick fixes. I needed to understand my body. I needed to trust it again.
That’s when everything shifted.
From Feeling Lost to Finding Purpose
What started as a personal search for answers turned into a deep passion for fitness, nutrition, and holistic healing. Strength training and anti-inflammatory nutrition helped me feel grounded, energized, and clearer than I had in years.
It was never just about looking fit — it was about feeling like myself again: healthy, strong, and at peace in my body.
And that’s the feeling I want every woman to experience.
I’m an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Glute Specialist, now continuing my studies in Pre & Postnatal fitness to deepen my knowledge in women’s health and strength. Every step of this journey is driven by a real purpose: to understand the female body better, to feel more confident and capable in my own life, and to support women who want to build strength in a way that feels safe, informed, and empowering. I’m not doing this just for credentials — I’m building a solid foundation of expertise that grows with me, year after year. This is only the beginning of an exciting path to learn, evolve, and share valuable guidance with women who deserve to feel strong in every stage of life.
